Mona Lisa Coffee Art in Australia Video | Thousands of Coffee Cups Recreate Masterpiece at Sydney Aroma Festival

We’ve seen the creative potential of coffee before, but this video is a little bit different. Instead of paddling in the cream of just one cup, thousands become art in this clip.

Four thousand coffee cups to be precise, all of different strengths. Mid-toned lattes, dark long blacks, and pale flat whites all come together to create Leonardo da Vinci’s masterpiece, the Mona Lisa.

This incredible artwork was part of the Aroma Festival held recently in Sydney, Australia. I’ll bet the coffee enthusiasts in attendance bemoaned the misuse of the addictive brew, but I think the sacrifice was definitely worthwhile.
