Motley Crue have announced they’re splitting up after spending 33 years writing, recording, performing, and touring as a band.
The aging rockers will embark on a final tour fittingly titled ‘The Final Tour’ before going their separate ways at the end of 2015.
Motley Crue have signed an agreement to split they’re describing as a death pact. This means they all agree to walk away from the band with no hard feelings.
I must admit I wasn’t even aware Motley Crue were still together before this announcement. But it’s rather refreshing to hear about a rock group parting on friendly terms while they’re still young enough to enjoy retirement.
