This is the new extended trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man. That’s right, ol’ Spidey is back.
I’m not that all that excited about The Amazing Spider-Man. Certainly not to The Avengers levels. It isn’t that the movie doesn’t look good, it really does, but there hasn’t been a long enough break between the end of the last trilogy and the start of this one.
If a comic book movie fails then it makes sense to reboot it, but Tobey Maguire’s version succeeded in a big, bold way. Meaning this feels a little redundant.
Perhaps I’ll change my mind when The Amazing Spider-Man is actually released. And this trailer does do a good job of setting the scene.
