There’s no way I could be a news anchor. I’m OK looking and my voice would suit reading the news. However, although I’m normally grumpy, I do occasionally fall foul to random bouts of laughter. And that wouldn’t go down well.
This news anchor has the same problem, and unfortunately for her, something tickles her funny bone while she’s reporting on a murder and manhunt for the suspect. Oops.
I have sympathy for the lady because it’s clearly the picture of the alleged murderer that sets her off. As soon as the shot of him flashes up on screen she’s off, and then giggles every time it flashes up from then on.
And I can see why – it’s the eyes! There’s never been a more fitting photo of a murderer shown on the news, with his scary-ass staring eyes. I laughed when I saw it, so why shouldn’t she? The poor cow.
