Legendary American actor Eli Wallach has died at the ripe old age of 98, passing away peacefully in New York. That’s an extremely good innings by anyone’s standards.
This video is a TCM Remembers, in which Turner Classic Movies looks back over the long, illustrious, and varied career of Wallach.
Eli Wallach will be best remembered for his performances in spaghetti western The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly, in which he played a Mexican bandit alongside Clint Eastwood.
However, Wallach starred in countless other movies over a career spanning six decades. You may remember him from The Magnificent Seven, Mystic River, or The Godfather Part III.
