I must be getting old. Because although I’m male and a fan of good music, I fail to see the appeal of either this song or this video. They’re both just horrific examples of the way the music industry is going.
This is the new music video for Pour It Up by Rihanna, a song about strippers and spending lots of cash. Talk about playing up to the stereotypes.
The song is just crap. The lyrics are meaningless and just a disparate collection of random sentences that do not make sense either on their own or together.
The video is so bad it borders on being good. Rihanna and a bunch of random strippers twerk until they can twerk no more. Miley Cyrus, eat your heart out.
