The new trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi has arrived, and it’s an absolute doozy. So much so, there might be too much to take in.
We caught our first glimpse at Star Wars: The Last Jedi at the Star Wars Celebration in April, but this is a full trailer which gives some of the plot points away.
It looks as though Luke Skywalker trains Rey, Kylo Ren attacks his mother, Leia Organa, and Snoke tortures Rey. It’s at this point that she asks Kylo for help, suggesting a possible switch to the dark side.
There’s a lot to take in, but I suspect some of the trailer is misdirection, with clever edits suggesting one thing, when the opposite is actually true.
We will find out when Star Wars: The Last Jedi is released in theaters on December 15, 2017.
