I’ve heard of those ringtone subscription scams, but this is ridiculous! Apparently “unlimited usage” doesn’t apply to some parts of Canada. It’s a good thing that the charges were cleared, because they could have had a lawsuit on their hands.
Last time I checked, it was required by law to notify someone if their bill is about to exceed a certain limit (for example $300) just in case a phone gets stolen. As an AT&T wireless customer I now know never to use those Air cards to get internet.
