If you’re going to show off your BMX skills by jumping over a small ramp while your mate videos it, then make sure you’re actually adept at riding first. Because otherwise you’ll end up humiliated and in lots of pain.
This kid looks like he knows what he’s doing as he approaches the ramp. But he clearly doesn’t, as he lands on his front wheel, flips over the handlebars, and ends up polishing the ground with his face.
There is some discussion as to what the kid says immediately after the face smash. It sounds like he repeatedly says “I can bake, I can bake, I can bake,” but why the hell would he boast of his skills in the kitchen while his face is skidding along the ground? It doesn’t make sense.
Scarred for life? I reckon so. Which is a shame for what amounts to a minor mistake. But kids take risk and they get hurt. What can you do?
