I can proudly say I have never done any kind of flip, although I have flipped out on a couple of occasions. But I were to ever attempt a front or back flip it would probably end in the same way as these did… in abject failure.
This video shows a compilation of front flips and back flips, all of which go wrong. Some are just funny, some are accidental, some are downright painful. But all are somewhat deserved.
You have to be a little arrogant to pull off a flip of this sort. Normal, everyday, down-to-Earth people don’t pull this kind of crap, only people who feel the need to show off.
My advice, based on this video, is to not ever attempt any flips. Get it wrong and it could mean a broken neck.
