Phil reportedly spent twenty hours painting himself and thirty hours with the paint on his chest. He even slept with it on! I can’t imagine that that would be good for your skin . . .
This artist is crazy about his passion, and I’m certainly thankful that he chooses to share his unique expression with the world. He is, in a word, inspiring.
