Or he could just be the unknown pawn in an Internet meme which has got rather out of control since its inception a few years ago.
This video follows the plot of the first idea, with Pink Shirt Guy being shown turning up in a number of strange and sometimes famous places and events.
It seems this guy got everywhere, from Nazi Germany to George W Bush’ Whitehouse. My advice to you would be to look out for him.
