When I first got Pink’s album, I’m Not Dead, I hadn’t heard her “Dear Mr. President” song yet. I loved it though and immediately added it to my drive time mix CD.
I didn’t think that song was that popular, not a top Billboard 40 anyway, so there definitely wasn’t a video. But, alas, there is! Pink performs an acoustic version of the heart-wrenching song live.
The images almost made me want to cry and I think this is a great song because of its truly profound message. If this song and video doesn’t make you feel anything (even if that is disagreement with what I’m saying), than you might just be made of stone.
