Psychedelic Art: Blockhead’s “The Music Scene” (Video) | The Trippiest Music Video Ever?

24 sec read

To say that this is a trippy work of art is an understatement. Artist Anthony Francisco Schepperd certainly outdid himself on this music video by Blockhead.

Influences of Pink Floyd’s “The Wall” can be seen throughout the project. And there is a message about technology to be found within its abstractions.

You might recognize some of the footage in this video- lots of YouTubers have ripped and edited these scenes for various mashup videos, but this is the original. Sadly, the official only has less than 10,000 YouTube views at the time of this post.

Anthony describes it at “An animated mind melt into a post human New York where TV and animals rule. ”
