It’s a well known fact that rats outnumber humans in every big city around the world, often many times over. The same is true in London, where even Downing Street has its fair share.

This video shows a BBC News reporter standing outside of the front door of 10 Downing Street, which is where the Prime Minister David Cameron lives.

This means that even the most powerful man in Britain cannot avoid having a rat infestation where he lives. So what hope is there for the rest of us?

Is it fitting that a rat is seen scuttling out of the building when the current government is a complete shambles? I’m sure I recollect something about a sinking ship somewhere.
