This morning I awoke to the sad news that Tom Bosley has died at the age of 83. He had a brief battle with lung cancer before passing away in his Californian home.
Tom Bosley had many roles during his acting career, including Sheriff Amos Tupper in Murder, She Wrote, and Frank Dowling in the Father Dowling Mysteries. But it was his 10-year turn as Mr. Cunningham in the retro family comedy Happy Days that he’ll be best remembered for.
