Oh my. This is one painful crash into a hurdle. I don’t know about you, but when I think about hurdles at a track field, I picture those small individual hurdles that are staggered across the track.
Apparently those old hurdles have been retired and upgraded to big, thick planks of wood. I guess the planks are not too bad to manage with a bit of practice, but whoa they are deadly if you forget to tie your shoelace or stumble upon your own feet.
That’s exactly what this runner did when he planted himself face first into this large plank of wood. Probably broke a thing or too there!
