Ahead of Aretha Franklin’s funeral, mourners lined up to pay their final respects to the award-winning soul singer who died recently.
Mourners visited Franklin one last time as she lay in a gold casket at Detroit’s Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History.
Aretha Franklin will be remembered for her incredible voice, which rightly earned her the moniker, “The Queen of Soul”. And scores of people, especially from the African American community will struggle to see her laid to rest.
Aretha Franklin’s funeral is being held this Friday (August 31), and it will be shown live on TV and streamed online around the world.
