A dangerous typhoon recently hit Japan, and it caused widespread destruction along its path to the west of the country.
This video shows footage of Typhoon Jebi hitting Osaka, and the clips all ably demonstrate how much destructive force there is in a typhoon. Even one named Jebi.
The headline news is that Typhoon Jebi has killed 10 people. Which is tragic. It has also caused widespread damage to infrastructure, such as bridges, airports, and industry.
Japan is well used to typhoons, and in 2011, Typhoon Talas killed 82 people. Which not only puts this in context, but also suggests Japan will bounce back quickly.
