One would think, that after 100 years of “perfecting” the Ford Mustang, it would be faster than an actual mustang horse. As it turns out, “300 horse power” isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.
The horse crossed the finish line in 38 seconds, whereas the car did it in 40 seconds. Clearly, the car could beat the horse in a straightaway, but on a small track that requires handling, the real mustang will always have the upper hand.
I’m not saying this V6 is a bad car, all I’m saying is that this video convinced me to re-evaluate the way I’ll buy cars from now on. Some cars are actually built for both speed and style, but now I’ll always know that the Mustang is just about style.
