Shiloh Pepin aka Mermaid Girl Is Dead Video | 10 Year-Old With Rare Mermaid Syndrome

23 sec read

Most people born with the extremely rare Mermaid Syndrome (yes that’s the real medical term) die within a few days of birth. Shiloh Pepin, on the other hand, lived for a full 10 years before finally passing away today.

You can view her 2 minute mini-documentary above.

It’s hard to imagine that a person like this exists, but seeing is believing. Shiloh was born with her legs fused together and missing her colon and genital organs. Oddly enough, Shiloh didn’t die from her medical condition but rather to pneumonia.

“Some people are the same and some people are different,” She says confidently. It’s truly amazing how she could live such an optimistic life.
