As a kid there was nothing I enjoyed more on a hot summer’s day than going on the slip and slide in the front garden. Thankfully I never had a mishap as big as this one.
Everything is set up: the sheeting is out, the soap and water is lying on the top, the pool is situated in the right place. Surely nothing can go wrong from here on in.
Of course it can, and it’s called human error. The guy launches himself at the slip and slide, hits the ramp, and then misses the small pool completely. Oops.
I think it’s fair to say that would have hurt. You don’t hit the ground at speed, crumpling as you do so, and walk away without at least a few cuts and bruises. Still, it made for a good video, so everyone (else) is a winner.
