When I first saw this film, I thought it was a documentary worthy of Animal Planet. It follows a similar format, and I didn’t realize it wasn’t a documentary till a dopey spider built a hammock instead of a web.
The stars of this film are a bunch of wood spiders, with human like qualities. Even if you are an arachnophobe (like myself) you’ll find these little fellas rather entertaining, despite the fact that some of them may need rehab.
The video itself is amazing. The editing was perfect, the narrator’s voice was remarkably convincing, and even the spiders’ behavior seemed rather realistic.
However, I’m still unsure if this was meant to be a parody or if it was meant to be educational and created to show that no man (or spider) is safe from the scourge of drugs.
