If you’re like me, the last time you saw David Faustino was when he starred in the hit sitcom “Married… With Children”. It’s been over 10 years since the show ended and a lot has happened to the former child actor over the years.
Which is why he teamed up with Crackle and a writer from Seinfeld to start an online reality show documenting his rise back to fame. In order to do it he’s going to have to give up some of his bad habits: alcohol and porn.
Besides having great writing and a likeable underdog, the series frequently has guest appearances from other stars like Coolio, Seth Green, Alan Thicke from “Growing Pains”, Corin Nemec from “Parker Lewis Can’t Lose” and even porn star Ron Jeremy.
Even though the show is based on Faustino’s life, it’s more of a mockumentary than a documentary. When pitching the idea, the creators first described it as “Curb Your Enthusiasm meets the anti-Entourage.
