To pay tribute to both movie maker George Lucas and musician John Williams a worldwide tour done by a live orchestra and choir will be done this fall. Earlier this year, the tour was first previewed for a couple days at the 02 Arena in London.
Even though all the movies of Star Wars are supposedly finished, that doesn’t mean that fans have had enough of the epic series. This October, the tour is coming to a city near you (hopefully).
As the touring producer Spencer Churchill states, “This event has been crafted to present Star Wars from many points of view.” Clips of the movies on a huge HD super-screen will accompany an orchestra while Anthony Daniels (aka 3-3PO) narrates.
Even displays of actual movie costumes and props will be made available. Tickets go on sale on August 2nd and expect them to sell out fast. For tour dates visit www.StarWarsInConcert.com
