With Dave Letterman having retired from TV, The Late Show is now in the hands of Stephen Colbert. He hasn’t done much for the last six months. Except grow a beard.
Unfortunately, the beard has got to go, because Colbert knows that’s not the way to appear on television when he’s trying to make a good impression.
We get to see Colbert try a number of styles, including The Un-Hitler, The Amish, and The Half Wolverine. He then lets us all in on the flashback to end all flashbacks.
The Late Show with Stephen Colbert is set to begin on September 8, which means the presenter has another three months off. Cue the beard making a triumphant return.
