Its recent ad starring Mary J. Blige fell flat, but Burger King hasn’t wavered. It just set its sights on another music legend, one Steven Tyler.
Just like Mary J. it seems like Steven should have far too much respect to spruik crispy chicken strips. However there he is, selling out in a way that real rock stars never should.
I suppose some might argue that Steven Tyler jumped the shark when he signed up for American Idol, but this commercial feels like a terrible new low.
