For its latest commercial advertising Android, the ever popular mobile operating system, Google has compiled a selection of videos showing animals making some rather unusual friendships.
We see a chimpanzee and a dog who clearly love playing with each other, a cat nursing some baby chicks, an elephant and a sheep who spend their days together, and a lot more besides.
What has all of this got to do with Android? That’s revealed with the tagline at the end suggesting, “Be together. Not the same.” In other words, don’t all buy an iPhone.
It’s a clever little ad which gets your attention through the use of cute animals before putting the boot into Apple. Which is something I always personally welcome.
