Superman/Batman: Public Enemies is a new animated feature that’s due for release on DVD and Blu-ray on Sept. 29. This is a first look at the movie, which features interviews with the cast and crew and exclusive clips from it.
Superman/Batman: Public Enemies is based on the popular Jeph Loeb/Ed McGuinness comic series/graphic novel. It sees Lex Luthor as the President of the United States who frames Superman and his partner in crime Batman and turns them into public enemies.
The plot sees a kryptonite asteroid heading for Earth, with Superman, Batman, and a team of other superheroes having to unite to avert disaster and tell the world about Lex Luthor’s plot to rule all.
This is like a comic book fan’s wet dream, with the two biggest superheroes teaming up on celluloid. I personally prefer live-action comic book adaptations but then I’m probably not the target audience for this.
