Susan Boyle is a class act, both in terms of how she performs on stage and how she appears off stage. The Britain’s Got Talent star wowed absolutely everyone with her performance at the start of the series and became a household name around the world on the back of it.
Now she’s back, after having a few weeks off between her first audition being shown and the first semi-final. The 48-year-old Scottish singer performed Memories from the musical Cats this time around.
As can be quite clearly heard and seen in the video above, Boyle started with a bit of a falter, her voice not quite hitting the notes right from the start. But she pulled it back in spectacular fashion and ended up wowing us all once again.
She received a standing ovation and an apology from Simon Cowell, not things he’s used to doing. Then she won the public phone vote to secure her place in the Britain’s Got Talent live final next Saturday (May 30).
Would anyone bet against her winning the whole thing right now?
