The Daily Mail Cancer Song Video | Russell Howard’s Good News Billy Joel Parody

This video may go a little over the head of anyone who doesn’t live in the UK, but any Brits will likely understand it and piss themselves laughing as a result.

In essence, the Daily Mail newspaper is known for scaremongering – about gypsies, terrorists, gays, anyone who doesn’t conform, and, especially cancer. If you believe the Daily Mail then everything gives you cancer.

To demonstrate this, Russell Howard compiled a list of all the things the Daily Mail has claimed could give you cancer over the years. And then turned it in to a song in the style of Billy Joel’s We Didn’t Start The Fire.

It’s funny, but also a little scary as it’s true. No, it isn’t true that all these things can give you cancer, but it is true that the Daily Mail has reported as much as fact over the last few years. Still, it must help sell newspapers so I guess it’s justified.
