I wish I owned a house with a roaring log fire in the center of the living room. That way, as soon as winter arrived, I could light it up and make myself feel cozy and warm.
In lieu of that dream becoming a reality, I will have to make do with this video showing Darth Vader’s body being burned on a funeral pyre. For five hours.
This scene occurs at the end of The Return of the Jedi, with Vader vanquished. Thanks to some clever editing, it has been turned into a virtual yule log.
This may sound ridiculous, but this video can actually help warm you up on a cold, wet night. It’s purely psychological, but I don’t mind that, as long as it works.
