Rather than frantically checking digg.com every spare second, there is now a show that highlights the most dugg videos of the week.
Only the most popular and most commented videos are displayed. For this reason, you could say that The Digg Reel is the “cream of the crop” of online shows.
If a video or two seems familiar, they should. In fact, the show highlights some of the videos that have been featured here on WebTvHub. We’ve posted about the Bill Gates video, Shia LaBeouf’s ‘No’ video, and even Hilary’s “emotional breakdown”.
You may recognize the host, Jessica Corbin, from Revision3’s Tekzilla. She comments about the most popular 7-10 videos and even reads other Digg user’s comments. Catch new episodes every Wednesday at 4 pm Eastern Time.
Episode 1
This is the very first episode of “The Digg Reel”. As you’ll find out, the entire footage of each video is condensed, highlighting only the most relevant clips. This is how they can manage to squeeze 7-10 videos in an 11 minute time frame.
A bold move like this can only bolster the Digg empire. As Jim Louderback, CEO of Revision3 says “Digg allows the community to highlight the best videos out there, and we put another layer on top of that.”
