Every two years (usually) a huge music festival is held in Glastonbury, England. It always sells out, and it always has the biggest names in music performing. And this year is no exception.

Mumford & Sons, Arctic Monkeys, Vampire Weekend, Kenny Rogers, Smashing Pumpkins, Public Enemy, and Seasick Steve are just a handful of the names appearing at Glastonbury 2013.

There’s also a battle of the bands occurring this year that hasn’t happened since the 1960s… The Rolling Stones and The Bootleg Beatles are both playing at around the same time.

This video shows a short documentary exploring the history of the Glastonbury Festival, from its hippy beginnings right through to the modern day.
