This biker is either the luckiest motorcyclist in the world ever, or the unluckiest, depending on your point of view. He was unlucky to hit the car in the first place, but what happened next was incredibly fortunate, skillful, or both.
We see a car pulling across between two lanes. From out of nowhere comes a motorcyclist who cannot avoid slamming into the back of the vehicle.
The biker tumbles forward, does an impressive somersault, and ends up landing on the roof of the car he hit. On his feet. Like a cat.
There is always a chance this clip is fake and will turn out to be a clever vital advertisement, but I suspect it’s real. Which is mindblowing.
