The latest twist to the longrunning and increasingly annoying Brexit shambles occurred last night when Theresa May lost the vote on her deal.
In a nutshell, MPs rejected her deal, with the vote being the biggest defeat for a sitting government in British history.
Immediately after the vote Theresa May invited a vote of no confidence, which Jeremy Corbyn duly delivered. May also promised to reach out to forge a new deal.
What’s scary for all of us living in the UK is that after two and a half years there’s no sign of this ending. And I haven’t got a clue what’s going to happen next.
