The Muppets are currently commemorating their 40th anniversary, and they’ve pulled out all the stops in order to celebrate in style.
This YouTube video shows the Muppets doing their own cover of Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen. It’s a gem of a spoof, being both clever, funny, and still good to listen to. And it’s currently rocketing around the Web.
This proves the power of the Internet and specifically online video in this day and age. I haven’t seen anything of The Muppets for years but I’m once again interested purely on the strength of this clip.
That’s the new reality – companies looking to promote their products, which includes TV companies and their shows, need to embrace the Web and its users like never before.
Thankfully we, as the Internet, get the benefits of this new reality by brilliant videos such as this one. Welcome back, the Muppets.
