The chances of anyone reading this snagging a pair are virtually zero. Not only will you need access to the eBay auction, you’ll also need upwards of $10,000 burning a hole in your pocket in order to buy the Nike MAG.
1,500 pairs of Nike Mag sneakers are being auctioned off, and most will then be stored in vaults or sold on for a profit. So we’ll probably never even see any being worn in the street, let alone own a pair.
Still, all profits are going to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s, so it’s all good. And I suspect high-street retailers will now copy the style…
