She calls it the encapsulated version of what a Mom says in any given 24 hours… over and over again. She sums it all up for us in this convenient 2-minute song, which is such a “Mom” thing to do, isn’t it?
To the tune of William Tell’s Overture, Anita tells us of the woes of getting the kids out of bed, off to school, all with a life lesson attached to it!
My favorite lyrics are at the end when she says “You don’t need the reason why, Because, because, because, because I said so, I said so, I said so, I said so I’m the mom, the mom, the mom, the mom, the mom!!”
This will soon be a classic, I’m sure. What a great video card to send to your mom as a note of thanks in acknowledgement of everything she did to make us the self-disciplined, well-behaved citizens that we are today.
Thanks to all the Mom’s out there, for everything you do and everything you put up with!
