This video shows the official trailer for The Three Stooges, a homage to the original Three Stooges brought to the big screen by the Farrelly Brothers.
This is the second trailer, which comprises of nothing more than The Three Stooges‘ greatest hits. Literally. Rather than showing the plot or any character story arcs this is pure slapstick.
That may not be a bad thing. Certainly this trailer isn’t getting anywhere near the level of hate the first one did. Those of us who go to see The Three Stooges will be going to see this stuff rather than an epic plot anyway.
The Three Stooges is in theaters this Friday, April 13. Go if you like your comedy fast, frivolous, and frenzied. Avoid if you prefer mild-mannered films that make you think. Simple.
