If you’ve watched even five minutes of the 2010 World Cup from South Africa then you’ll have heard the noise of the vuvuzela.
And if you’re as sick of it as I am after almost a month of matches, you’ll love seeing a vuvuzela destroyed in a blender. Will It Blend? You betcha.
Tom Dickson has already blended hundreds of different objects in a quest to promote the Blendtec brand of blenders. It’s a promotion that has worked really well, with everyone on the Web at least knowing the name, even if they haven’t gone out and bought one.
But I think blending the vuvuzela is Dickson’s greatest achievement. I just wish blending one would have destroyed every single vuvuzela in the world, but alas, that isn’t the case.
