We video lovers have seen all manner of things on our favorite video sharing sites. One can find innumerable tributes to favorite singers, actors, and other celebrities. But where is the tribute to the stars of Internet video? Well, actually, it’s right here.
This little animated gem of a video features some of the most popular people and characters from Internet video of late. It starts out with the strange but formidable dramatic chipmunk. It then goes on to allude to some of the most memorable moments of Internet video, from the Star Wars kid to the “I like turtles” zombie boy.
Videos like these can be a telling measure of geekiness. I recognized about 3/4 of the references in it, so I guess I’m right up there on the geek-o-meter. How about you?
