One of the many dangers of flying a drone — which includes unintentionally invading someone privacy, and looking like a complete tool — is watching it run out of battery and smash into the ground.
This guy was facing a different dilemma, as instead of the ground it was the sea that was threatening to swallow his drone whole.
Thankfully, this guy has the capacity to move fast in an emergency, and so he runs out onto the rocks and catches the drone just before it suffers a salty death.
Sure, he got soaked as a result, but at least his expensive douchebag toy survived to fly another day. And that’s really all that matters.
