Vuze recently acquired the licensing rights to the popular Japanese webseries NEKO Rahmen. The series was one of the most popular online shorts On Yahoo! Japan this year. Now all episodes will be available for free viewing via Vuze.
With the addition of this series, Vuze is currently the largest legal online content provider of high quality Anime episodes.
If you haven’t heard of NEKO Rahmen, then you probably will in the near future. The series is based off of Sonishi Kenji’s popular manga (that’s a Japanese comic for you noobs) and centers around Taishou; an entrepreneurial cat that runs his own restaurant. Think of it as “the Japanese Garfield” only with a different artist for each episode.
Currently, only the first four episodes are available, but by the beginning of 2008, Vuze promises the entire series in multiple subtitled languages including French, Spanish, and German.
