This is actually really sad for me because it is so true. And I do it as well.
The problem about apologising all the time (one of them, anyway) is that every time you apologise for something that isn’t your fault or that you don’t need to apologise for, you are telling your brain that it is your fault.
Talk about a great way to take down your self-confidence. And any future self-confidence for that matter.
Stop apologising for things that aren’t your fault, things that aren’t in your control, and for things that don’t need an apology.
