Hahaha. I have actually made up words and had people shrug at me saying, “Eh, you can do that. You’re an author.”
It is quite amusing (and satisfying on some level) to learn that authors inventing words has such a long and rich history.
Mind you, I don’t think any of my inventions will ever take off. First, I’d have to remember them. Second, I would have to deal with all the trolls saying that I’d misspelled something or other.
