It is a stressful world – no doubt about it. And it is getting more and more stressful every day for a seemingly unlimited amount of reasons.
So who wouldn’t want a list of simple – and often free – ways to calm on down and get through the day?
I’m a bit of an anxious, consciously stressed person, so I’ve heard of all of these before… save one.
