I would never dream of walking out of a restaurant without paying. Not even if the food and service both leave a lot to be desired. Hell, they still a tip.
However, clearly not everyone lives by such a strong moral code, as can be seen in this video, which shows a big group of 16 diners walking out without paying their bill.
This group turned up just before closing, ordered lots of food and drink, and then left without paying. And the bill came to more than $400.
After this appeared on the news a grandparent of one of the group went to the restaurant and paid the bill. And no charges are being pressed. But still. Shameful.
