“A trailer for a ‘new Friends film’ has sent fans of the 90’s sitcom into meltdown – but all is not what it seems.
“Following the hugely successful revival of Friends on Netflix, viewers of the American series have been crying out for a full reunion on the big screen.
“And dreams finally looked to be realised after a teaser for an ‘upcoming film’ shows the six pals all grown up and dealing with the stresses of middle age in typically witty fashion, the Mirror reports.
“But fans have spotted the trailer is actually made up of cleverly captured shots from their gang’s TV exploits since leaving the show.
“The three minute video entitled ‘The One With The Reunion’ has already clocked up over 1 million views on YouTube just days after its release on channel Smasher.”
