The Australian game of football is an awesome blend of action, strategy, tactics and skill, but what excites the crowd is the special moments when a player ‘takes a specky’: watching a man climb into the air to take a ball coming in from fifteen metres up.
And when up to 100,000 people rise in the stands cheering for an awesome mark, it is a truly awe-inspiring feeling, to say the least.
I would like to see the mark that can beat this one for ‘Mark of the Year’ at the end of the season.
